My first birthday

I'm ONE today!!

Mummy and Daddy both came to say 'Happy Birthday' to me this morning...

...and we went downstairs to open some presents.

In the afternoon, lots of people came to my party. Can you spot me in this picture? (You'll find the answer below...)

Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves...

...there were lots of other babies there, too...

...and Alan made a fuss of me!

Here's the answer to the question above... did you manage to find me?!

We had a Bob the Builder theme, and Daddy baked me a big sponge cake with special icing!

Now then... let's see what Granny thinks of Bob the Builder...

I'm having fun, but when are we going to cut the cake?

Ahhh... a cuddle from Mummy. That'll do nicely. But what's Grandad doing behind? He of all people should know how to wear a 'Bob' hat properly!

Right... about time... the cake!

And what a lot of wonderful presents... Uncle Charles and Isaac bought me a noisy cement mixer!

Uncle Mark and Auntie Jaymie bought me a cool sports car!

Granny and Grandad gave me a super pirate ship!

And the sandpit from Grandma was great fun even before we got it out of the box!

Oooh... it holds water as well as sand... now that's what I call fun!

And Uncle Paddy bought me a baby walker. I am going to have to practice on that.

From Mummy and Daddy, I got an inflatable castle, some clothes, a seat and helmet so that I can go cycling with them, and a couple of Bob the Builder things.

Lots of other people bought me wonderful presents, too. Thank you everybody... what a lucky boy I am!
