I hope you had an appropriate way of dealing with Uncle Mark for strangling your new friend.(see photo)

He does seem to know how to hold you though.

Ted is still smiling so I don't think he minded too much. Uncle Mark seems like fun. I'm not sure what I think about him copying my spikey hairstyle, though.

Thanks for writing in... who are you, though?

I have two predictions at this stage:

    1) Ted will be your friend for many many years.

    2) By the time you know Ted's name, he won't be shiny and white, unless you let Mummy put him in your favourite entertainment - the washing machine - on a regular basis!

Daddy could do with a clean-up looking at the way he spills his dinner on himself and you ;)

    Dan.

Ah, hello Dan... it was you who posted? You're a friend of Daddy's, no?

Ted is actually my pyjamas case even thought I don't yet wear - or have - any pyjamas.

Daddy is a very messy eater but, to be fair, the only circumstances in which he can get me to keep quiet during meal times is to hold me in one hand and feed and balance his plate with the other.

I have a habit of having a tantrum if I'm not being cuddled, you see - which includes whenever Mummy and Daddy have their evening meal.

Thanks for dropping me a line.

    James
