Cousin Isaac
I've had a bit of a restless night. There were some very strange noises this morning. Daddy looked out of the window and saw they'd put eleven bullocks in the field at the back of our house. Gosh, they make a funny noise.

This morning, I did a number one on Grandma Sheila. I've also had a visit from the midwife. She weighed me again and I've nearly re-gained my birth weight. I've still got my dry skin but it's getting better. She also took a blood sample from me. With the first heel there wasn't enough blood, so the other had to be used instead, but I didn't flinch one bit.
After she left, I had a feed and then we visited Mummy's school (Mummy's a teacher) to be shown off. Everyone made a big fuss of me there.
Since then, things have been pretty eventful. I've slept throughout Granny and Grandad's visit, done the squits on Grandma Sheila's hand, been sick a few times and had the hiccups.

I'm not sure what Sam the dog thinks of me. He's staying with us just now also, but is often kept outside. I think he's feeling a little left out now that I'm on the scene.

A hot air balloon has just passed the house and Uncle Charles and Cousin Isaac have arrived. More on that tomorrow.
